Due to the nature of our items as wooden products please understand that there are indentations, nooks(dents), noggin's and grains.  THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT OR FAULTY due to the nature of the wood and the process of the item in the production line.  unless they are substantially obviously BROKEN many things are sold as is and will slightly different appearance/Shade to the photos.  IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT these slight normal imperfections please do not order from us at this is a part of the natural wood feel.
